There’s a glaring gap in the flow chart. When I buy a pasty from a bakers I ask for it hot (heated in a microwave) to takeout. Do I pay VAT? And what if it was not long out of the oven but needed a bit of heating? What if I was a VAT inspector on holiday with 8 hungry kids?
